How to Install TikTok Connect

Follow these steps to connect your TikTok account to Zendesk:

1. Log in to TikTok – Ensure your account is switched to a business account. Everyone can do it, and it's free.
2. Install the App – Find TikTok Connect on the Zendesk Marketplace and use the NOCC coupon to install without a credit card.
   
3. Access the Admin Center – Navigate to Admin Center → Channel Apps → TikTok Connect.
   
4. Add Your Account – Open the second tab and click Add Account.
   
5. Authorize TikTok Access – Click [Continue with TikTok], and a TikTok authorization page will open.
   
6. Grant Permissions – Allow the app to access your TikTok account. You will be redirected back to Zendesk.
   
7. Finalize Setup – Assign a name to the account and click Save.
   

How It Works

• The app fetches comments every 5-30 minutes, depending on the number of videos and API limits set by TikTok.
  
• The first batch of comments may take up to 15 minutes to appear in Zendesk.
