Quick Links helps support teams launch the right tools from the Zendesk sidebar without copy and paste. Create grouped links with dynamic placeholders, target them to specific Zendesk agent groups, optionally add ticket tags on click, customize button colors, and search links instantly in the sidebar.

Quick Links is designed for support, operations, and CX teams that need reliable access to CRMs, internal dashboards, billing tools, Jira, and more.

Data handling and privacy:Quick Links runs within the Zendesk App Framework and uses Zendesk data only as needed to generate configured links and support optional click-tagging functionality. The app may access limited ticket, requester, group, and custom field values when those values are referenced in administrator-configured placeholders.

Quick Links does not sell customer data, does not use customer data for advertising, and does not share customer data with unauthorized third parties. App configuration is stored within Zendesk and access to links can be restricted using Zendesk group targeting and user permissions.

Installatie-instructies

  1. Install Quick Links from the Zendesk Marketplace.

  2. Open the Quick Links icon from the left navigation in Admin Center.

  3. Create your first group, choose button colors, and optionally restrict visibility to specific Zendesk groups.

  4. Add links with titles, optional descriptions, URLs, placeholders, and click-tag settings.

  5. Save your changes. Agents will then see the configured links in the ticket sidebar.
