What it does

When a ticket loads, the app resolves the requester to a Street person by email, retries transient requester updates, and refreshes automatically when the Zendesk requester changes (including common requester-change events).

Person details

Shows name (linked to Street), address, phones, marketing consent, contact preferences, and compact role status chips for Vendor (VN), Landlord (LL), and Tenant (TT) where applicable.

Role tabs

Shows Vendor, Tenant, and/or Landlord tabs when those roles apply.

• Tenant: properties with grouped tenancies and title-cased tenancy status; latest notes (up to five) when available.

• Landlord: properties with current tenants grouped per property; latest notes (up to five) when available.

• Vendor: properties, a flat valuations list, latest notes (up to five), and latest viewings per property (up to five) with viewer name and yyyy-mm-dd date.

Companies

Finds Street companies linked to the person, upserts/links matching Zendesk organizations, ensures requester organization memberships, lists companies and properties with Street deep links, and hides the Companies section when none apply.

Performance

Loads role contexts in parallel, avoids known-invalid Street include combinations, and clears stale role UI immediately on requester changes.

Data disclosure

This integration reads Zendesk ticket requester information needed to match a user and perform organization sync (including organizations and organization memberships). It reads Street Open API records needed to render the sidebar (for example people, vendors, tenants, landlords, properties, tenancies, valuations, notes, and viewings). Your Street API token is stored only as a secure Zendesk app setting. The app writes Zendesk organization records and memberships to align Zendesk with Street company links.
