Ticket Search Export

Search tickets in Zendesk, and export the search result as a CSV file.
Allows advanced search based on pre-selected categories, free words, or custom field contents

Features:

・Toggle between saving search conditions and column settings in Custom Object or browser.

This app does not collect any data entered by users.
If [Custom Objects] are available, the data entered by users will be stored in the [Custom Objects] within Zendesk.
If [Custom Objects] are not available, the data entered by users will be stored in the browser's localStorage.
Additionally, if [Enable export log function] is turned ON, the user's export history will be automatically saved to the [Custom Objects].

Such data is stored and used only within Zendesk and is never stored outside of Zendesk.
Furthermore, no data is shared with any third parties.

The data is handled strictly within the scope necessary to provide the service and, unless explicitly disclosed, it is never used for unintended purposes such as training AI models.
Additionally, no Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive data will be shared without user consent.
