Article Import Export

Allows importing and exporting of multiple Guide articles at once. Exported article will be CSV format, which allows editing and sorting of multiple articles. Import allows creation of new article as well as overwriting on existing articles by using the same article IDs.

Features:
- Export Guide Articles in CSV format.
- Import Guide Articles to create new or overwrite with CSV.
- Import can be done with exported CSV or designated template.

Setting:

1.Choose Keyword, Brand, Category, Section, and Label of the desired articles to export. If more than one articles meet the search criteria, they will be added as new lines in a CSV file. Blank template is also available in Import tab.

2.Edit CSV file as needed. Leave Article ID blank to add them as new articles. Otherwise, enter correct article ID to overwrite the exisiting articles. Entering wrong article ID, selection of inconsistent or non-existing values, and/or leaving required parameters blank will result in failure of import.

3.Select the CSV file in Import tab and click Data Import. If the CSV file has incorrect entry, error message will be displayed and importing will be denied.
