Manage users and organizations in bulk
Bulk Edit Users & Organizations lets Zendesk admins find the users or organizations they need, select them, and update or delete them in one action, instead of opening records one by one. Export any list to CSV for analysis or backup.
Key features
- Search and filters: find users by name, email, role, organization, tags and custom user fields, or organizations by name and tags. Searches run directly against Zendesk.
- Bulk edit users: add tags, set the organization and update custom user field values for every selected user at once. Existing tags are kept.
- Bulk edit organizations: add tags and domains, or replace notes, across many organizations at once.
- Bulk delete: delete selected users or organizations, with a confirmation step.
- Select all matching: apply an edit, deletion or export to every record that matches your search, not only the ones on screen.
- CSV export: export matching users (including custom fields) or organizations to CSV.
- Clear results: failed records are listed by name with the reason, for example when only the account owner can edit the account owner.
Works with any account size
Every account gets the same experience. Each list loads up to 5,000 matching records and always shows how many match in total, so it is clear when you are looking at a subset. "Select all matching" acts on every match, however many there are.

Installatie-instructies
Install the app from the Zendesk Marketplace.
Open Zendesk Support and click the Bulk Edit Users & Organizations icon in the left navigation bar.
Search or filter to find users or organizations, select them, then choose Edit, Delete or Export CSV.
Editing and deleting use your own Zendesk permissions: admins can edit and delete users and organizations. No API key or extra setup is needed.
