SpecStream

Know who's writing in before you reply. SpecStream reads the live web for the company behind a ticket and puts the facts in the sidebar: website, employee count, industry, headquarters, country, year founded, LinkedIn page and latest funding round. Every value links to the page it was read on, so an agent can check it in one click.

How it works

• Open a ticket. SpecStream takes the company from the requester's organization, or from their email domain, and writes the request for you. Change it to ask for anything else on the web: the head of support, open roles, a recent press release.

• See the price before anything runs. The default company profile is 30¢. You pay only for what it finds, and a lookup that finds nothing is free.

• Approve, and the results arrive in the sidebar in a few minutes. Leave the ticket and come back; they wait there, and every lookup is saved as a list in your SpecStream workspace.

• Save values to the organization. SpecStream matches organization fields named like Website, Employees or Industry, and fills the ones you tick.

SpecStream also sits in the organization sidebar, so you can look up any organization from its own page.

Your data

SpecStream receives only the request an agent approves: by default the organization's domain or name, or the requester's email domain, plus anything the agent types. It never receives ticket comments, requester names or email addresses. Values saved to an organization go straight from the sidebar to your Zendesk account. The API key stays in Zendesk's secure settings, and every call goes through Zendesk's proxy to api.specstream.ai only. Privacy policy: https://specstream.ai/privacy
