Prompter AI closes that gap by pulling live ticket and agent data directly into your prompts — so every AI-generated result is grounded in the actual conversation, not guesswork. Built for teams who want more control over how they use generative AI inside Zendesk, without wrestling with copy-pasting ticket details every time.

What Prompter AI does

• Dynamic Prompt Templates — Build reusable prompt templates using ticket and agent placeholders. Prompter AI automatically fills them in with real ticket context and agent details before sending the request, so every prompt is accurate and ready to go.
  
• Bring Your Own Model — Connect Prompter AI to your preferred AI provider, including OpenRouter and Ollama Cloud. More integrations are on the way, so you're never locked into a single model.
  
• Ready-Made Template Library — Don't start from a blank page. Pick from a curated set of useful templates and save them straight to your personal library for one-click reuse.
  
• Simple, Centralized Settings — Manage providers, models, and preferences from an easy-to-find settings panel in the nav bar. No digging through menus.

How it works

Prompter AI reads the ticket and agent data available within the app, maps it to the placeholders in your chosen template, and sends the completed prompt to the AI provider you've connected. The result comes back right where you're working — no tab-switching required.

Data disclosure

Prompter AI does not store any ticket, agent, or account data on external servers. All app settings, including your provider connection details, are stored using Zendesk's native settings storage.

The app makes outbound calls to external links for two specific purposes: (1) to fetch the list of ready-made prompt templates available in the template library, and (2) to send feedback you submit through the in-app Feedback tab, which is used solely to improve Prompter AI.

When you generate a result, your prompt — including the ticket and agent data used to populate it — is sent directly to the AI provider you've connected (e.g., OpenRouter or Ollama Cloud). Prompter AI does not retain or store this data after the request is sent. Handling, retention, and storage of data by your chosen AI provider is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy, and Prompter AI is not responsible for their data practices. We recommend reviewing your provider's policies before connecting.
