Installatie-instructies
Simply install the app and follow the configuration instructions:
Step 1: If you want the app to automatically lookup your data when you open a ticket, check the Automatic search checkbox and fill in the search criteria.
Step 2: Fill in the ID of the ticket field containing the return ID.
Step 3: Fill in credentials (API Auth token).
Step 4: If you want the app to only be displayed on tickets with a given tag, enter the tag in Enable tag restrictions.
