Installatie-instructies
- Click Install to add the app to your Zendesk Support instance.
- Optional: enable PDF, Word, and HEIC modal preview during installation if you want the combined viewer.
Open any ticket with supported attachments.
When the setting is unchecked, the sidebar shows inline HEIC previews only. When checked, the sidebar shows PDF, Word, and HEIC attachments that open in the modal.
The checkbox is unchecked by default.
