ButtonPDF lets Zendesk admins add a polished PDF download action to Help Center articles. The standard marketplace subscription is $79/month and includes one active brand. Additional brands require a separate ButtonPDF subscription purchased on buttonpdf.com. Pricing details are available at https://buttonpdf.com/pricing. Data disclosure: ButtonPDF accesses Zendesk Guide brand metadata, Guide theme metadata/files when the admin uses assisted theme installation or rollback, and Help Center article URLs/content when rendering PDFs. ButtonPDF stores tenant and brand settings, encrypted Zendesk OAuth access and refresh tokens, widget/API tokens, usage/quota records, and PDF job metadata such as article URL, article id, page count, file size, and render duration. Article content and generated PDFs are processed only to produce the requested PDF; generated PDFs are streamed to the requester and are not used for advertising or resale.
