Installation
Firstly, install OAPPS for Discord. You can use the coupon NOCC to bypass entering card details.
Go to your Zendesk Admin Center > Channel apps > OAPPS for Discord
Click on Accounts tab > Add account
Enter an Account name and go through Continue with Discord
Select the server you'd like to connect > Grant permissions on the next step
Click on Create
