Installatie-instructies
First, install Oapps for Viber™ app.
Create you Bot account in Viber. It's described here. Save your APP KEY
In Zendesk:
Go to your Zendesk Admin Center -> Channel apps
Click on Oapps for Viber™ -> Accounts tab -> Add account
Paste your APP KEY
Press Save
