About this app

Aisera's next-generation AI Customer Service works with existing solutions to deliver an end-to-end AI Service Experience for customers. AI Customer Service provides omni-channel integrations through Conversational AI, NLU Search, and unsupervised NLP to speed remediation of knowledge requests and automate the resolution of tasks and actions.

Aisera's Assist product brings intelligent automation to classify and route high volumes of tickets, improve resolution times, and user satisfaction. Assist empowers agents by recommending similar tickets, knowledge articles, and next-best actions.

By supporting service desk teams through historical ticket analysis and auto-classification of tickets, Assist reduces MTTR, bounce rates, and ticket misclassification.

Installatie-instructies

1.Click the Admin icon (cog wheel) in the sidebar, then select Apps > Manage.

  • When selecting app type, click Marketplace.
  • 3.Browse the Marketplace for the Aisera Assist App.

    4.You will now be redirected to the App details page.

    5.Fill up the form with the following information. This information will be provided by the Aisera Team prior to go-live.

    • Title: Aisera Assist

    • Aisera URL: Define the Aisera URL where Assist should establish communication with.

    • Aisera App Token: The unique Aisera App token identifier provided by Aisera.

    • Custom Field IDs: A comma separated list of Zendesk field IDs which Aisera Assist should use.

    • Aisera email: Aisera account email.

    • Aisera password: Aisera account password.

    6.Click Install at the bottom. If you are re-installing the app, you may see an Update button instead of an Install button.
